Hating on fast food

I always knew fast food was bad for you, but after reading this: http://health.yahoo.com/experts/eatthis/45380/4-shocking-secrets-about-fast-food/
I'm starting to wonder what is in everything at the drive through.
From now on I will bring a cooler with me everywhere so that I know what I'm eating!
